My favorite is She's not you, Mo Better, Try Again...now thats a song with some passion, marathon,and of course my personal anthem "Woman". I thatnk you for making such beautiful lyrics for the world to appreciate. And yes there will be many babys made to your album LOL.... This Album Is the BOMB!!! From begininng to end. This man takes you there and brings you back down and when you are done you just exhale. This album does not come out of the player! What he says and how he makes you feel is unmistakeable. The lyrics falls off his lips like hot syrup on pancakes. My favorites are Desire, She's not you and Mo Betta' and the man that I think about during these songs truly fo fill all these songs. This album is the soundtrack to my life right now.

First I want to say God bless U brother. Keep up the good job with makin wonder music. When I first heard 'Guess Who Loves U More' from the Love Experience album I was hooked. That was my theme song to my Love for a hot minute. Then came the second single off that album 'You', and it was as if my Love was singing directly to me though your song. I know songs crazy, but thats real talk. I'm in love and beautiful music like yours (Raheem) makes lovin someone on earth a little bit easier. Does anybody feel me? When people in the world around U seem to be so freakin crazy and things seem to be glimmy. Thats when U pray! But their times when U want that special someone in your life (on earth) to make troubles of the world go away just by being with U, talkin to U, holdin U, kissin U, makin love to U while listening to 'Love Experience' or 'Love Behind The Melody'. Raheem, If I didn't a significant love in my life, U would be that prototype. U have such an amazin voice! U give new meanin to R&B songs. U keep it strictly for the grown folks. (no bubble gum) Lol. For that, I thank U. The song 'Marathon' is on a level all by itself. That song gives me chills up & down my back. From the melody of the song, str8 to the lyrics. The way that Raheem & Floetry collaborate together on 'Marathon', is mystical! That record had me callin my Love, telling him to come over. ASAP! It was time to make it 'Mo Better'. Feel me? I love that Raheem sings about givin women the up most RESPECT. That is what some other male artists in the industry need to do. I feel that Love Behind The Melody should be a platinum selling album and that Raheem should receive plenty of awards from all catagories. The collaboration of 'Energy' with Big Bio is HOT! I thought the Love Experience was the bomb, but oh no, this far surpassed my expectations! The Love Experience never really "hit" Ohio, but when you came here for a small venue last July, I had as many people that I had turned on to your album there! YOU SHOWED OUT! We were the girls that kept screaming "sing song #13! Sing song #13! That would be "You only know what you think you know". Then you were just in Ohio Saturday, and boy, DID YOU SHOW OUT! Me and my girl were at front stage, to your left, and never sat down! Your voice is exactly as good in person, as it is on your album! Every song on this album is a hit! Every person that I've turned on to you, has said, this man can sing!! Too bad here in Columbus, we have a problem promoting those artist who can actually SING, without the backing of the "big labels". You just keep doing what you do, because your voice is a gift from God, and thus so, He will abundantly bless your career! You still didn't sing song #13 from the Love Experience, but you looked good enough, that we got over it. YOUR ARE SEXXXXXY! God bless the rest of your tour! God bless your band and back up singers! And if ever you're bored, and need a nickel or two, come back to "Slow-umbus" and give the "country" folk a "refill". Whew!

This album makes you believe that there are men out there who think, live and breath the very essence of a woman. Raheem has a way of making you vibe with him as he caresses your ears with a voice dripping sweetly with pure soul. He makes me feel good to be a woman. Keep doing what you do.

He is R&B's secret weapon. There is only one song on this album I do not like, and that is incredible for me because I will normally like 3 or 4 singles and the rest of the cd is garbage. He is the most slept on artist ever. He should be a superstar by now instead of Chris Brown and Usher. The lyrics to every song is beautiful, powerful, sensual, creative, romantic, and wise. I have to remember I have a husband. I am tempted to kidnapped this man and let him sing or tell me his poetry every single day. We will live and breathe on his words alone. He makes me feel like a real woman. I'm buying the first cd tomorrow, the love experience. His marketing needs to improve.

Just when I didn't think it could get no better it got MO BETTER! From the beginning to the end this cd was slamming. It was the only thing to make me take out my Mary cd which was housing my cd player. It is the best album I have heard in a long time. My favorites are Mo Better, Try Again, Four Letter Word, Empty, and Marathon. I have seen him twice in '05 and this June will be twice this year already. His stage show is off the chain and I will see him whenever he is in town. That is my baby!!!!! Much love Raheem.

He has an old soul, his music is timeless. Everyone can relate and fall in love with it. He creates more than just music, he is the tangible form of a perfected art. Dude is awesome!!! This album, as well as the Love Experience, as well as the mix tapes he let out on the streets of the DMV, all leave me speechless. Words cant explain. And the funny thing is he probably just sits in the studio without thinking and creates!! Its like he sweats music, bleeds soul, and spits lyrics! One can actually mention his name and Prince or Marvin Gaye or Michael Jackson or Luther Vandross in the same sentence!! Dude is amazing!! It is only fitting that he came out the DMV, we got mad talent!! lol

Love it !!!!!

Love Behind the Melody is one of the most solid R&B Soul albums that have come out in a very long time. Raheem did not have any type of sophomore jinx on this one. The lead single “Woman” was produced by DC’s own Chucky Thompson, and nominated for a Grammy. The album features a few guest appearances; one of my favorites is spoken word artist Malik Yusef. Malik is a phenomenal artist and I absolutely love his work! The piece he did for the album fit very well, and just showed the versatility of Raheem, and his ability to always leave you guessing what is next.

This album is a definite love album; it is one of those you can put on with your significant other, and just chill. Two of my favorite tracks off the album are “Try Again”, and “Four Letter Word”.

I definitely think Raheem grew on this album. Vocally he is still superb, and lyrically he is just untouchable at this moment in the game. He has the ability to write passionate, yet seductive lyrics and the song NOT be trashy. (ie. Energy) I love the fact that he stepped out the box and worked with some big name producers (Scott Storch, Kenny Dope; Chucky Thompson; Jack Splash) just to name a few. I was also pretty happy with the collaborations with Big Boi, and Floetry. I love the fact that he didn’t overdue it with guest features, and that his true essence still shined through on this album.

I believe that any real music lover would be able to find something on this album to enjoy. I would recommend it to THE WORLD!

Raheem is that “rising star” to watch out for! Don’t say I didn’t warn you. REAL GROWN FOLK MUSIC!!!!

On this Album there is a song for everything that goes on in love. I can listen to this and I will figure out just what to do or see what has been in my face all this time. It is a roller coaster of emotions until the very last hill. About time we got back to real music. Neo-Soul....REAL Soul is here to stay!
